i purchased this item a week ago and it was a great addition to the kitchen. very easy to install(it actually comes with everything you need to install) and very stylish, materials used are good quality, so far it works very well. the reason i gave it four stars is because the clock display is in military time and haven't been able to switch it to regular time, the instructions r not very clear, other than that i think its a great buy. can not find one of this quality and this cheap anywhere else

This unit is beautiful and the value for the price is unbelievable! The biggest problem is getting the unit shipped without damage. I had to order 2 units and use pieces from both in order to put mine together and there were still some small dents that I just decided to live with. The company shipped my replacement imediately after receiving my pictures of the damage. My contractor who has been in the business for over 30 years had trouble with the directions and it took him 6 hours to install it properly. He did not feel comfortable with the supports provided and reinforced the unit in the attic. The company just happened to call for a follow-up the day after installation. I shared my concerns with the company. They gave me a discount and did not make me pay to return the first unit. (Clock works on military time!)
