I am a seasoned chef. I cooked with a Dacor oven for 4 years which was a complete lemon. I decided to go with a more middle-of-the-line brand/model. I have had this oven for a month. I have cooked dozens and dozens of recipes in these ovens. I am so pleased with my choice. I really liked the double convection feature which was the key reason why I bought this model.I bake a LOT. The Bread proofing feature is something I figured was a gimmick and didn't give it any thought really. WHAT A BONUS! I love this feature! It halves the time it takes bread to rise. I cooked 6 loaves of wheat bread at one time in one single oven in 45 minutes. Each loaf was picture perfect.I have baked roasts, casseroles, ribs, breads, cookies, cakes, pastries, pizza and have yet to be disappointed. I am in love with this oven. Seriously.The pros: inaudible convection feature--(my Dacor was so noisy!), cool blue interior, easy, logical push-button console, huge glass windows so you can see what's baking when you're 20 feet away.Cons: Slow to normal preheat time.
